These roles are for dependable people who want hands-on CNC experience. You do not need to come in as an expert, but you do need to show up ready to learn, pay attention, and do careful work.

Compensation

Pay range $20-$35/hr
Night shift premium +$2.00/hr

Benefits

Health and dental benefits start after 90 days of employment.

Overtime

Overtime follows Alberta Employment Standards and the averaging arrangement that applies to this 12-hour rotating schedule.

12-Hour 2-2-3 Shift Rotation

Crews work 12-hour shifts on a four-crew rotation. Day shift runs 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Night shift runs 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The pattern alternates between a heavier week and a lighter week.

What you'll do

  • Run assigned CNC lathe, mill, or mill-turn jobs with support from leads.
  • Load and unload parts, watch cycles, and keep jobs moving.
  • Check parts with measuring tools, gauges, and documented inspection steps.
  • Speak up when something looks off or a part is out of tolerance.
  • Keep your area clean and follow shop safety procedures.

What we're looking for

  • Someone reliable, on time, and comfortable with 12-hour rotating shifts.
  • A careful approach to details and a willingness to follow process.
  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools, gauges, and numbers.
  • A good attitude toward learning CNC processes and shop standards.
  • Clear communication with supervisors, leads, and teammates.
